Ladies Empty Hand Defense

This course will help ladies to develop situational awareness both at home and when they are out and about in the community. Along with awareness and a few basic movements and drills, ladies will learn to avoid those encounters that are very difficult to extricate themselves from. We will also drill on the various strategies for using pepper spray.
Safety glasses are mandatory. Students should come dressed in comfortable clothing that they can move in as well as wear tennis shoes.
