The AR-15 course will introduce the student to a dynamic sporting/defensive rifle platform. You will learn the nomenclature and basic operations like proper weapons handling, loading and unloading, use of iron sight, and proper sight in. This course establishes a basic skill set for confidently operating the AR-15 and you will be given a suggested practice routine. This class is taught by Mike Bennett.
Equipment Requirements:

Must have a current and valid FOID card

AR-15 rifle, unloaded and encased

90-120 rounds of ammunition (depending on class size); Ammunition must be purchased at C.I. Shooting Sports.

Three magazines

Single magazine pouch

Hearing and eye protection (we will have some available for you to use if you do not have any)

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes

Firearm Training Class Cancellation Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS on Training Classes.
- NO Reschedules will be accepted within 72 hours (3 days) prior to class.
- One (1) Complimentary Training Class Reschedule.
- Any subsequent Reschedules are subject to a $25 fee for each Reschedule. No more than three (3) reschedules per customer, per class. After that, you must re-register for the class and pay the full amount.
Note: All courses require payment in full at the time of registration. If you are submitting your registration online, we will contact you to get payment. You will not be registered for the course until payment is received.
