5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
We all think it will never happen to us, but accidents can happen anytime, without warning, to any of us. This three hour course will focus on trauma treatment with a "First There, First Care" concept. This course is filled with practical information and will incorporate a presentation, as well as hands-on skills, to teach you what steps to take when you are the first person on the scene, and how to potentially save a life. You'll learn how to apply a tourniquet, pressure bandages, and other items that can be used to control bleeding. This is an introductory course designed for people with little to no medical/trauma treatment knowledge.
We are requesting class participants wear a face mask.
This course will be taught by Joe Smithers.
Note: All courses require payment in full at the time of registration. If you are submitting your registration online, we will contact you to get payment. You will not be registered for the course until payment is received.
