• Receive deliveries from common carriers and LTL, inspect shipments to ensure they are complete and undamaged.
• Record products into inventory and ensure quantities match invoice and meet criteria for saleable condition.
• Verify and validate pricing of product is correct from invoice to computer system; all products are correctly priced before going to the sales floor.
• Process damaged products from shipments as well as customer returns.
• Organizing and storing received items in designated areas. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Track inventory counts and check items in inventory for damages or discrepancies; process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Maintain records of orders, delivery details.
• Understand and be proficient in firearms forms as required by Federal, State and Local laws; Form 4473, Multiple Handgun Sale (MHS) Form, Call procedures and Response Implications.

• Will provide superior customer service by assisting customers in the purchase of all products
and services, including firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, apparel, special orders,
memberships and training courses.
• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick,
responsive customer service that exceeds their expectations.
• Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have a positive
attitude and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Stay current on product knowledge, general firearms laws and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of range equipment, rules and procedures.

• Assist customers in the selection, demonstration and purchase of all products and services, including firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, special orders, memberships and training courses.
• Ability to effectively upsell merchandise, training classes, memberships, etc. to customers.
• Stay current on product knowledge, general firearms laws and safety procedures.
• Understand and be proficient in firearms sales and forms as required by Federal, State and Local laws; Form 4473, Multiple Handgun Sale (MHS) Form, Call procedures and Response Implications.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product is faced, clean and correctly priced.

• Assisting customers by assigning lanes, ensuring ammunition being used aligns with range
acceptability, hearing and eye protection is being utilized and all safety procedures are
followed.
• Ensure range safety video and Smartwaiver is current for each customer using the range.
• Knowledge of range equipment, rules and procedures.
• Basic upkeep of range and store facilities.; daily range maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintenance of all rental firearms.
